Doctoral Research into Better Support for Dyslexic Entrepreneurs
Thank you for taking the time to consider participating in this important research.
Dyslexic entrepreneurs account for 20% of all people who run business in the UK and 30% in America despite there only being 4% of the population who are dyslexic. I am myself a dyslexic entrepreneur.
Studies have shown that dyslexic entrepreneurs have strengths that make them successful in business and good to work for. However, there are difficulties that Dyslexia brings in the running of a business and sometimes make it difficult to succeed.
I am undertaking a piece of research for a PhD at York St. John’s University Business School in what can be done to support dyslexic entrepreneurs better and help them succeed.
As part of the PhD I am looking for dyslexic entrepreneurs to interview. Each interview would take about 30 minutes and would be over the telephone or Skype.
All information is treated in the strictest confidence and used anonymously in the study.
